User Instructions
The belt is placed around the patients waist, and is fastened using the quick release buckle. The size of the belt can then be adjusted to fit the patient by tightening or loosening the waist strap at the buckle. Once the belt has been securely fitted to the wearer the carer uses the handles to support and assist the wearer during transfer or repositioning.
Maintenance/ Laundering
The Patient Handling Belt can withstand vigorous cleaning by scrubbing or with use of disinfectant, but bleaching agents should be avoided.
